A team of HWI-SCAA Elite swimmers attended this Meet, and all performed very well. A good chance to strengthen confidence and resolve as we move into the summer holiday period.

Ahead of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games – the Hong Kong China Long Course Swimming Invitational Trial 2 was held on 15-16/5/2024 at the Hong Kong Sports Institute.
HWI-SCA sent a large number of swimmers to compete in this meet. Many swimmers were relatively inexperienced in racing HKGSA meets, and so could use this competition to learn. A good number of swimmers achieved medal places and Top 8.
