HWI Mantas team at the RBSC Invitational in Bangkok

Well done to all Mantas Swimming Club swimmers for a successful meet at the RBSC club in Bangkok. Lots of personal bests, lots of tough racing and lots of fun! Overall the team placed a credible 6th position, which is good considering we only had 24 swimmers. Girls placed 3rd over all, boys 8th

Well done to the 8 year old girls team for dominating their age group. Sophie Donohugh picked up the overall champion award; her 100 free on day one was again a high highlight of her racing. Leila Pimlott was joint 2nd and Annika Chu joint 3rd. Juliana Macalpin who was also part of the group took home a medal in the 100 back. The four girls finished top in the top 10 in all races and won both relays!

Well Done to Nathaniel Yeoh who won the 11-12 category. He swam some blistering times; the highlight was the 100m Free on day one joining the sub min club with a time of 59.69.
