 WI swimmer Kylie Woo won a gold and three silver medals at the Malaysian Age Group Championships. While a large HWI Squad was attending the Hong Kong Age Group Championships on the weekend of March 9. - 11, Kylie Woo (15 yrs.) battled it out with the best age groupers of Malaysia. Kylie traveled to sunny Malaysia as part of a Hong Kong Select Age Group Team. She represented HK in four events and won a silver medal on three occasions in all her individual events. Kylie won also a gold medal with her team mates of the Hong Kong Swimming Team in the 4 x 100 m IM relay. Kylie swam the backstroke leg of the relay. Her times were 200 backstroke 2:25.25, 100m backstroke 1:07.87, 50m backstroke 31.47. Congratulations on your medals and personal best times Kylie! | |
